We often develop blocks in our auric field and chakras (energy system), from everyday stress, traumatic situations, depression, toxins in our environment, etc.  These blocks can inhibit the flow of universal energy to our mind/body/spirit.  During a healing session, Mary will gently clear the blocks that are ready to clear and restore balance using hands on techniques.  This helps the energy system naturally recharge itself, enabling your body/mind/spirit to heal.  These healing properties are in direct alignment with your desires for yourself, or your intention.  This is a very gentle, non-invasive, organic method that will get you on your way to feeling your best.
