United Way  2-1-1 is your one-stop connection to the local services you need, from utility assistance, food, housing, childcare, after school programs, elder care, crisis intervention and much more. Dial 2-1-1 from anywhere in Connecticut and you will reach a highly-trained call specialist who will assess your needs and provide referrals to the resources in your community.

Emergency Mobile Psychiatric ServicesEMPS

Dial 2-1-1 to reach the Emergency Mobile Psychiatric Services, which is a mobile intervention service for children and adolescents experiencing a behavioral or mental health crisis. 2-1-1 will put you in touch with trained mental health professionals across the state who can respond immediately by phone or face to face within 45 minutes.

Connecticut Suicide Advisory Board — CTSAB

The CT Suicide Advisory Board is a network of diverse advocates, educators, and leaders concerned with addressing the problem of suicide with a focus on prevention, intervention, and health and wellness promotion. Their site holds contains a wealth of information including warning signs and resources.
