Yoga for Grief with Ann Dagle

Grief and Loss are a natural part of life. It affects us both emotionally and physically. Through the use of gentle yoga posts, affirmations, and breath work, the body has the ability to work through grief and allow healing to our broken hearts. Understanding your grief and how it affects your entire being will be woven throughout the class.
