Neurographic art is a therapeutic art form, also known as “doodling”. The idea is to draw freeform lines or “neuro lines” that are meant to enable the connection between the conscious and unconscious gaining access to the inner self. Neurographic art creates a mindful, meditative experience. No art experience is required.
