Adolescence is a difficult period of life to navigate, made even harder when a young person experiences loss of a loved one. This 6-week session will support young people to understand their grief journey and the complicated emotions to process after a loss. The small group sessions will allow attendees to explore their grief in a safe, understanding setting where it is clear that they are not alone in their struggles. 

This group meets for 6 weeks (5/15, 5/22, 5/29, 6/5, 6/12, & 6/19)

Maximum of 6 participants, ages 14-19 years old.
