Join East Lyme Youth, Family, & Human Services, The Brian Dagle Foundation, and SERAC to:
– Learn about the pressures that youth and young adult athletes face, and strategies to best support them
– Hear from mental health professionals, substance use counselors, and local student leaders
– Enjoy light refreshments, share your story, and listen to other community members in a non-judgemental setting
