Join Jess for a sound bath featuring quartz crystal singing bowls, deep-resonating gongs and drums, and delicate chimes and rattles. During a session, you will relax fully as acoustic waves wash over you. Because the analytical mind cannot track these ambient sounds, your brainwaves naturally slow into deeply relaxed alpha and theta states. Participants can expect to experience deep mental rest, physical release, vivid internal imagery, and gentle emotional clearing. There is no cost to attend this event.
