What Now? Group with Patty Giannattasio
Fourth Monday of the Month, 4:15-4:45pm
When a loved one dies, the pieces of a broken heart don’t fit like they did before. Love is there, it’s only different now. When life is in pieces at your feet, there is one question to ask, “What now?” And the answer…You start to rebuild, from the inside out. In a small group format, these six monthly sessions will explore how to rebuild a life with the pieces that remain, with curiosity, connection, and care.
