Start the New Year with discovering ways to connect with your inner peace with a
workshop dedicated to hope and healing after loss.
Using meditation, writing, and elements of creativity we will explore ways to release the grief held within our body and heart.
We will be following COVID guidelines with masks and maintaining physical distance. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own food/drink.
