Yoga for Grief Workshop

Grief and Loss are a natural part of life. It affects us both emotionally and physically. Through the use of gentle yoga poses, affirmations, and breath work, the body has the ability to work through grief, moving it through our body, and allows healing to our broken hearts. Understanding your grief and how it affects your entire being will be woven throughout the class.
This gentle Yoga for Grief workshop is open to all levels who have experienced loss.
